The city view from the Superior room provided a decent backdrop, making for a visually appealing stay. The afternoon tea setup featured a variety of treats that were intriguing.

Noise was a major issue, especially with loud functions echoing through the halls, disrupting sleep—not ideal for families. Although the bathroom lighting could use a boost for better visibility, the overall cleanliness of the spaces was subpar. Additionally, I encountered a lingering smoke smell upon arrival, a less than favorable first impression, which took some time to dissipate with a diffuser in place.

The family room was amazing, super spacious and the view was stunning! We loved the international buffet breakfast, everything was so fresh and yummy. The rooftop pool looked fab and the spa was just around the corner. The place is clean and the staff was always ready to help. Couldn’t ask for more!
